Sharon Louise Wells Sullenger, 55, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2011, in Sun Valley. Private family services were planned.
She was born on Nov. 26, 1955, in Ventura, Calif., to Dale and Velma Wells.
Sharon went to school at Medford and Rogue River, Ore., graduating from Rogue River. She was a good student. She enjoyed cooking and sewing, and was great with little kids.
After graduation she moved to California, married and had four children. Sharon moved to Sun Valley in about 1988. She took schooling to become an EMT and was an asset to the Sun Valley Fire Station and her community. They were like family to her.
Sharon was active in Faith Victory Church group and rededicated her life to the Lord this past year.
Survivors include three sons, Adam Aguirre of Texas, Eric Barfield of Sun Valley and Cory Sullenger of Oxnard, Calif.; one sister, Patricia Fry of Tacoma, Wash.; one brother, Raef Parmelee of Eugene, Ore.; her father, Dale Wells of Oxnard; and her mother and stepfather, Velma and Randall Parmelee of LaPine, Ore.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sheri Snuffner.
Greer’s Mortuary of Winslow was in charge of the arrangements.
