Greg Hudson, who has served as executive director of the Snowflake-Taylor Chamber of Commerce for the past five years, has resigned his post. The chamber executive board accepted his resignation May 25.
“Most don’t know all he’s done over the years,” said Chamber President Patty Matyas. “None of us can fill his shoes, they’re too big.”
Matyas announced that the executive board approved hiring Charlotte Hatch as administrative assistant. “Charlotte won’t be attending regionally, but will handle business affairs of the community,” Matyas explained.
“The executive board will bring Nancy (Noble) back part time,” she said. “She was so eager to come back and they work so well together.” Noble was previously laid off due to budget constraints.
Matyas encouraged members of the business community to step up and help in any way they can.
