Emerson Clark, 54, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2011, in Phoenix. Funeral services were held Dec. 27 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Branch Building in Indian Wells, with burial following at the Indian Wells Cemetery.
He was born Oct. 19, 1957, in White Cone to Robert Clark and Violet Sangster Clark.
Emerson loved to attend the Native American Church. He was an accomplished artist. Those who knew him well called him by his nickname, “White Fox.”
Survivors include his brothers, Leroy Clark of White Cone and Victor Clark of Kayenta; a sister, Christine Clark of Phoenix; his adoptive parents, Lena and Sydney Bedonie of White Cone; a brother, Darryl Bedonie of White Cone; and a sister, Norma Gene Bedonie of Phoenix.
Owens Livingston Mortuary of Snowflake was in charge of the arrangements.
