Jefferrey Dean Durham, 37, passed away on Monday, Dec. 19, 2011, in White Mountain Lake. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 7, at Owens Livingston Mortuary-White Mountain Chapel, located at 320 N. Ninth Street in Show Low.
He was born Jan. 7, 1974, in Springfield, Ore., to Dean Leonard Durham and Irva Ilene Woods Durham.
Jeff was a people person; his family, friends and dogs were the most important things to him. He had a tremendous love of life. He respected hard working people, and was himself a “jack of all trades.” He was an excellent carpenter. He loved the outdoors, especially fishing.
Survivors include his father, Dean Durham of San Diego, Calif.; his mother, Irva Vega of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; two brothers, Jason Woods of Oklahoma and Paris Vega of Aabama; two sisters, Kym Wright and Sarane Kelley, both of San Diego; his grandmother, Winnie Woods of Tusculoosa; his grandparents, Bus and Phyllis Blair of San Diego; his aunts and uncles, Carmen Morrison of Tuscaloosa, Sandi (Roger) Springer of San Diego, Jim (Dani) Durham of Pinetop and Brenda McKnight of Oregon; his cousin, Monte Ray Blair of San Diego; and innumerable other cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
