Beverly Soseman, 82, of Joseph City passed away on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012, at the home of her daughter Jeannie Shindler in Bloomfield, N.M.
She was born on June 16, 1929, in Collins, Iowa, to William and Macy Mullihan Moore.
Beverly married Jerry Soseman on April 7, 1956, in Kansas. They were married 42 years. They lived in several states before moving to Joseph City in 1974. She lived in Joseph City until November 2011 when she went to live with her daughter in New Mexico.
She enjoyed and was well known for crocheting, plastic canvas and other crafts. She also enjoyed reading in her spare time. She loved spending time with family and most recently spending time with her great-great-grandchild.
At the time of her death she was blessed, surrounded by her family.
Survivors include her children, Jeannie Shindler (Jerry) of Bloomfield; Richard Eacret (Joyce) of Aztec, N.M.; and Donna Soseman of Joseph City; sisters, Lorena Cleverly of Iowa, Colleen Gore of Minnesota and Crystal Christensen of North Carolina; seven grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; and her brothers, Jack Moore and Bernard Moore of Iowa.
No services are planned at this time.
Angel Valley Funeral Home of Farmington, N.M., was in charge of the arrangements.
