Trudy Lynn (Fant) Haroldson, 64, went home to be with her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on Thursday, March 15, 2012. A celebration of her life was held April 28 at Calvary Community Bible Fellowship in Snowflake.
She was the daughter of Arthur and Joan Fant, and was born on Aug. 30, 1947, in Palo Alto, Calif. The family spent some time living in California and Texas before settling in the Phoenix area. Trudy graduated from Phoenix Union High School in 1966.
On May 7, 1977, she married the love of her life, Don Haroldson. They raised two daughters, Virginia Haroldson and Schanandoe Russell (Steven).
Don and Trudy fell in love with Snowflake and built a home there at the base of Black Mesa, where they have lived for several years.
Besides her husband and her daughters, she is survived by one brother Arthur (Artie) Fant of Texas; 14 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Francis (Poncho) Benagas.
She will be sorely missed by her family and many friends in Snowflake and Taylor, and especially by her church family at Calvary Community Bible Fellowship.
