Robin R. Barrett, 59, went to the Lord on Saturday, June 9, 2012, in Phoenix. A rosary will be held at 12:45 p.m. on Monday, June 18, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, located at 212 E. Arizona St. in Holbrook, with a funeral Mass following at 1 p.m. Graveside services will take place at the Holbrook Cemetery for family only. A funeral dinner will take place immediately following the services at the Parish Family Center.
Robin was employed by Safeway in Holbrook for more than 35 years.
She was a Eucharistic minister with Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, and was active with the Arizona Cactus Pine Girl Scouts for many years.
Robin enjoyed traveling the country with her family.
Survivors include her parents, J.R. “Pete” and Barbara Henson of Paulsen; three brothers, Daniel Henson of Holbrook, Peter Henson of Paulden and Tom Henson of Holbrook; five sisters, Jeanne Jackson of Minot, N.D., Kathy Henson-Barney of Arlington, Texas, Linda Robertson of Tucson, and Carolyn Henson and Beth May, both of Chino Valley.
She is also survived by her husband, Jerry Barrett of Holbrook; two sons, Jesse Henson of Flagstaff and Shepard Henson; two daughters, Casey LeFevre and Nicole Barrett, both of Holbrook; and six grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
