Harmon Neff of Taylor, who is well known for his gardening skills, does some plowing with the old plow he has had for over 40 years. Neff said he has been gardening all his life and is still growing a large, beautiful garden. He gives most of the bounty to his friends and neighbors. Neff is retired from Catalyst Paper and most days during the summer, you will see him working in his garden.
