Two members of the Winslow Lady Bulldog softball team, infielder Arianna Huerta and outfielder Megan Lymer, were named to the 2012 Division III All Division First Team.
Joining them on the first team were infielder Stacey Ramirez, outfielder Stephanie Ramirez and utility player Shauna Judd of Benson; pitcher Jacqueline Aguilar of Bourgade Catholic; outfielder Alexis Garcia of Coolidge; catcher Tatum Reedy and pitcher Kasia Smith of Estrella Foothills; outfielder Jordan Webb of Morenci; pitcher Arianna Paulson of Payson; infielder Esenyia Molina of Safford; designated hitter Whitney Cooper of Sedona Red Rock; and infielder Nikki Dunlap of Willcox.
Bourgade Catholic’s Jacqueline Aguilar was named the Division III Player of the Year and her coach, JinHee Huff, was selected as Coach of the Year.
The All Division Second Team included infielder Jitter Hayes of Winslow, and outfielder and pitcher Halle Hayes of Winslow; infielder Natalie Elkins of Snowflake; outfielder Taylor Reidhead and pitcher Kortney Reidhead of Show Low; designated hitter Tara Caley of Blue Ridge; catcher Katie Gallucci of Bourgade Catholic; infielder Ashley Godfrey of Estrella Foothills; utility player Jessica Johnson and pitcher Mikayla Austin of Florence; and infielder Micaella Lopez of Santa Cruz Valley Union.
Halle Hayes of Winslow was named the Division III Section I Player of the Year. Lady Bulldog Coach Becky Barris was named Section I Coach of the Year.
