The Winslow Bulldogs are hosting the Tate’s Auto Group Shootout Tournament, which began on Thursday and continues through Saturday, Dec. 1.
There were four pool play games scheduled on Thursday in the Petranovich Gym, with the Bulldogs playing the Tuba City Warriors in Thursday’s final game at 8 p.m.
Other first pool play games on Thursday included the Valley Sanders Pirates vs. the Snowflake Lobos at 3:30 p.m., the St. Johns Redskins vs. the Hopi Bruins at 5 p.m. and the Holbrook Roadrunners vs. Durango, Colo., at 6:30 p.m.
Today (Nov. 30), the winner of the Winslow-Tuba City game will play the loser of the Snowflake-Valley Sanders game at 8 p.m. The winner of the St. Johns-Hopi game will play the loser of the Holbrook-Durango game at 5 p.m. The winner of the Holbrook-Durango game will play the loser of the Winslow-Tuba City game at 3:30 p.m. The winner of the Snowflake-Valley Sanders game will play the loser of the Hopi-St. Johns game at 3 p.m.
On Saturday there will be games from 8:30 a.m. on, with teams losing today going into the consolation bracket and winning teams into the championship bracket. The championship game is slated to start at 8 p.m.
