The Winslow Bulldogs defeated the Vikings at Williams last Thursday, 59-41. The victory improved Winslow’s record to 9-4 for the season. The Bulldogs took control of the game early and established a 17-8 lead by the end of the first quarter. The margin was a commanding 40-16 at the half. Williams cut into the margin in the third quarter as Winslow only scored four points, but still led 44-30 going into the final period.
Michael Goldtooth led all scorers with 20 points for Winslow, but was the only Bulldog in double figures. Keenan Keams scored eight points for the victors. Jeff Brownlee led the Vikings with 17 points. Salas was also in double fig-ures for Williams with 10 points.
