Lillian A. Pachta went to be with the Lord on Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013, after a long battle of illness. Funeral services were held Jan. 9 at Silver Creek Mortuary in Taylor, and concluded at the Reed Hatch Memorial Cemetery, also in Taylor.
She was born to Elzie C. Brown and Audie Mae Brown on June 16, 1939, in Mountainair, N.M.
Lillian married Charlie Pachta on Oct. 23, 1959. Charlie and Lillian moved to Arizona in 1967, where they both worked for the U.S. government. Lillian worked for FHA housing for 24 years until she retired in 1996.
Survivors include her mother, Audie Mae Brown; her son, Mark Pachta and Gena Gross; her sister, Sherryl Brown and Seth Brown; one grandson, Christian Pachta; three nieces, Ashley Davey, Raechell Brown and Taylor Davey; one nephew, Chase Dornan; and many other family members.
She was preceded in death by her father, Elzie Brown; and her husband, Charlie Pachta.
