Annual Groundhog Breakfast Draws A Hungry Crowd

Brandon Gardner cuts them so they are ready to bake.Members of the Snowflake Fire Department began preparations for the annual Snowflake Groundhog Breakfast at 3 a.m. on Feb. 2, cooking the sausage and hash browns outside.Tanner Flake’s class at Taylor Elementary School learned about Groundhog Day and even made groundhog hats. Tanner was excited to wear his to the annual Snowflake Groundhog Breakfast, which he attended with his grandparents, Arlene and Gerald Flake.
