Photo by Naomi Hatch Sophie Owen, the reigning Navajo County Cinderella Teen, is the daughter of James and Cindy Owen of Taylor. She will represent the county at the Arizona Cinderella State Pageant in June, and will be accompanied by 2012 Navajo County Cinderella Tot Riley Perkins, daughter of Brook Perkins of Tay-lor. The Cinderella Pageant is more than a beauty contest, according to Sophie, because they compete in interview, modeling and photogenic, and have the opportunity to win a college scholarship.
