Competing at the Round Valley Invitational track meet last Friday, the Joseph City Lady Wildcats placed sixth among 16 teams with 40.6 points, while the Wildcats placed 10th with 25.
In the 100 meter dash on the boys’ side, Jacob Fields placed 14th with a time of 11.92; Josh Burt, 19th; and Connor Neal, 25th.
In the 200 meter dash, Josh Burt placed 13th in 25.37; Connor Neal, 21st; and Lance Farnes, 26th.
In the 400 meter dash, Chance Rush placed fifth in 56.82; Landon Hunt, 10th; and Tyler Hudson, 31st.
In the 800 meter run, Forester Lake was 17th in 2:25; Daniel Hutchens, 23rd; and Landon Baldwin, 24th.
In the 1600 meter run, Landon Hunt placed 19th in 5:38; and Tyler Hudson, 24th.
In the 110 meter hurdles, Chance Rush placed fourth in 16:56.
In the 4×800 meter relay, the combo of Landon Baldwin, Forester Flake, Tyler Hudson and Landon Hunt placed seventh with a time of 9:38.
Harrison Lorenc placed 26th in the shot put with 30-09, and 10th in the discus with a throw of 99-08.
Lance Farnes finished 15th in the high jump, clearing 5-04.
In the long jump, Jacob Fields was fourth with a jump of 20-01; Daniel Hutchens, 14th; and Connor Neal, 24th.
In the triple jump; Jacob Fields was second overall with a distance of 41-01; Lance Farnes, 18th; and Josh Burt, 20th.
In the girls’ 100 meter dash, Kristin Baldwin finished 11th with a time of 14.24; Lindi Gardner, 14th; and Alyssa Hutchens, 27th.
In the 200 meter dash, Kristin Baldwin was fourth in 28.63; Lindi Gardner, eighth; and Alyssa Hutchens, 28th.
In the 800 meter run, Kayla Hughes placed 11th in 2:51; and Britney Smith, 18th.
In the 100 meter hurdles, Brooke Baldwin placed second in 17.48.
The quartet of Lindi Gardner, Britney Smith, Kayla Hughes and Kristin Baldwin placed third in the 4×400 meter relay with a time of 4:32.
In the shot put, Madisen Fields was second with 31-06; and Kaitlyn Pugh, third.
In the discus, Madisen Fields was fourth with 78-11; and Kaitylyn Pugh, 10th.
Britney Smith placed fifth in the high jump, clearing 4-08.
Alyssa Hutchens was 22nd in the long jump with a distance of 9-10.
Kayla Hughes placed ninth in the triple jump with a jump of 27-08.
