The Silver Creek Humane Society is in need of new or nearly new heavy duty dog houses, 6’ kennel panels and sturdy fence to enlarge the current outdoor kennels to exercise and leash train the dogs in care for adoption. Roofing materials that can cover the six kennels are needed as well. Small or medium size plastic pools would help keep the water dogs cool and out of their water buckets in summer heat.
Please keep saving your aluminum drink and pet food cans, and cutting and sending your Purina circle weights off cat and dog food bags. This is an ongoing project that helps the society pay for veterinary expenses for homeless and community companion pets. Weight circles can be sent to Silver Creek Humane Society, P.O. Box 592, Holbrook, Ariz. 86025. In Snowflake/Taylor, call Sandi at (928) 243-0237 or Donna at 536-3502; and in Holbrook, call Barbara at (928) 205-8027 or 524-2006.
For the critters that can’t speak for themselves, society members thank you for your support.
