Six individual boys and girls along with one relay team each will compete for the Wildcats at the Division IV state meet this weekend.
The top 24 qualifiers in individual races and the top 16 in relay events along with possible alternates will compete at the two day state meet held at Mesa Community College on Friday and Saturday.
Josh Burt will run in the 400 meter relay ranked 19th.
Chance Rush qualified second in the 110 meter hurdles and seventh in the 300 meter hurdles.
Jacob Fields is ranked eighth in the long jump and fourth in the triple jump.
Daniel Hutches will compete in the triple jump ranked 23rd and may possibly be joined by 25th ranked Lance Farnes.
Lance Farnes will compete for certain in the high jump where he is ranked 22nd.
Connor Neal will compete in the shot put ranked 23rd.
The boys team also qualified in the 4×800 meter relay where they will be ranked 13th.
Kristin Baldwin will compete in the 200 meter run ranked 20th, the 400 meter run ranked fourth and the 800 meter run where she is ranked eighth.
Lindi Gardner will be ranked sixth in the 400 meter run.
Brooke Baldwin will compete in both hurdle races ranked sixth in the 100 meter and 15th in the 300 meter hurdle race.
Kayla Hughes is ranked 16th in the triple jump.
Brittney Smith will be in the high jump where she is ranked 12th.
In the shot put, Madisen Fields is ranked third and Katelyn Pugh is seventh.
In the discus, Pugh is ranked second and Fields will compete ranked fourth.
The Lady Wildcats will compete in the 4×400 meter relay event with the fifth ranked team.
