Leander Abraham Campfield, 20, passed away late Tuesday afternoon, May 28, 2013, at the Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center in Show Low following a brief illness. Funeral services were held June 1 at the Snowflake Stake Center of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The concluding service and interment followed at the R.V. “Mike” Ramsay Memorial Cemetery in Snowflake.
He was born on April 19, 1993, in Phoenix. He was later adopted by and sealed to David Alan and Robin Burelle Campfield, forever to be their son.
Leander loved everyone unconditionally and everyone loved him right back. He enjoyed music of all kinds, movies and laughing. He will be greatly missed by his family, who loved him so very much.
Survivors include his parents, David and Robin Campfield of Snowflake; three brothers, Tavis Campfield, David Campfield Jr. and Justin Campfield, all of Snowflake; four sisters, Vailia Esh of California, and Marsha Campfield, Brandala Campfield and Ronita Campfield, all of Snowflake; an aunt, Gina Enrique of Indiana; and an uncle, Bruce Dennis of California.
