Following the Taylor Town Council’s lengthy executive session June 5 regarding potential litigation with Hancock Cattle Co., Councilman Jason Brubaker moved to table this item until June 19 when a special meeting will be held to review the budget. The motion passed unanimously.
Members of the council, Town Manager Gus Lundberg, Town Attorney Sterling Solomon and Town Clerk Kelly Jones went into executive session, asking Eddie Hancock, previous Public Works Director Ron Solomon and Town Engineer Stu Spaulding to be on standby to be called into the session.
After some time Spaulding was invited into the meeting, and then Mayor Fay Hatch came for Hancock and told Ron Solomon he was not needed at this time.
No further information on the potential litigation was available.
