Betty Lee Neff England, 87, of Taylor went to be with our Heavenly Father on Monday, July 1, 2013. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 13, at the Love Lake Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Taylor.
She was born on July 6, 1925, to John Riley Neff and Nellie Elizabeth Harrington in Lincoln, Neb., where she grew up, and later moved to Omaha, Neb.
Betty was married to William Wahling, who preceded her in death in 1996. She then married Edwin England later that year. She loved Ed and they both enjoyed the company they had together.
She was introduced to the LDS church and was baptized. She was later sealed in the temple to Edwin. She enjoyed serving in the church and also being a temple worker.
Betty and Ed moved to Taylor in 2004 and made it their home. She loved the community, and all of her friends and neighbors. She was a happy, loving and compassionate woman.
Survivors include her loving husband of 16 years, Edwin England, and his two children, Nelson John England and Cynthia Kilpatrick, whom she loved and called her own.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Nellie Neff; and her first husband, William Wahling.
