Photo courtesy of the Taylor/Shumway Heritage Foundation  The Kendall Shumway Family will perform at the annual Taylor/Shumway Heritage Foundation Hostess Dinner scheduled from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 9, at the Taylor Stake Center, located at 309 W. Willow St.  The theme of this fun event is Out to Pasture, But Not Over the Hill, honoring senior citizens over 80 for their contributions to Taylor. Proceeds will go toward the maintenance of the heritage sites. With the proceeds from last year’s annual dinner the foundation published Ida Webb’s Centennial Book with all the photos and a new index. It will be available to purchase at the hostess dinner.  If you know of a Taylor resident over 80 who has not been contacted regarding this event or if you would like to attend, please call Carmen Shumway at 536-7294.
