Head Coach Scott Corum has a good mixture of returning veterans and newcomers in his varsity program this season as the Joseph City Wildcats get set to hit the hardwood for the new season.
Seniors on the team include Wyatt Johnson, Daniel Hutchesn, Austin Bushman, Cody Davis, Jayden Turley and Michael Diaz. Two juniors, Landen Baldwin and Bryson Palmer, are joined by sophomores Kobe Smith, Kadin Crosby and Hayden Hendricks to round out the roster.
“I am looking forward to the upcoming season. We have a good group of returning seniors with a solid complement of underclassmen. I think we will be a scrappy and hard working team,” said the coach.
Assisting Coach Corum will be Jim MacLean, Mike Sterkowitz, Tonya Crosby and Alan Palmer.
The Wildcats are slated to open the season at home against Mayer on Monday, Nov. 25. They will remain at home for their second game when Show Low makes a visit on Tuesday, Dec. 3.
