Area residents are being asked to help in the search for a lost Cocker Spaniel/Maltese mix dog that went missing after a vehicle rollover accident that occurred on Saturday, Nov. 2, on Interstate 40 in Holbrook. The dog is white with black markings on its body, and brown and black markings on its head.
The dog’s owner lives in Utah and, in addition to the loss of her beloved pet, she is struggling with the recent death of her husband due to the injuries he sustained in the accident.
The dog has been spotted on the west end of Holbrook near Hopi Drive and in the area of Spurlock Hill, but has not been seen over the past week. If you have seen the dog, or if someone you know was kind enough to take the dog into their home, please contact Holbrook Animal Control at 524-6828 so that the dog can be reunited with its owner.
