Ronald Lee Stuart passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2013, after a valiant battle with cancer. The funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7, at the Holbrook Stake Center of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1127 Helen Ave., where the visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. The concluding service and interment will immediately follow at 1:15 p.m. at the Reed Hatch Memorial Cemetery in Taylor.
He was born in Holbrook to Virgil Charles and T. Doreen (Lewis) Stuart on Nov. 9, 1952.
Ron grew up in Holbrook and graduated from Holbrook High School, Class of 1971.
While living in Phoenix, he met his wife, Linda Sue Blair. The couple was married on Nov. 9, 1992.
He moved to Kingman to raise his children. While living there, he worked hard as a contractor to provide for his family.
Ron enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting and going to Diamondbacks games, but most of all, he loved spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Stuart of Kingman; two daughters, Allison Stuart of Phoenix and Katie Stuart of Kingman; his mother, Doreen Stuart of Taylor; his sister, Dana (Gary) Fawcett of Snowflake; his brothers, Craig (Cynthia) Stuart of Holbrook, Chuck (Margie) Stuart of Kingman and Brent (Debbie) Stuart of Kingman; 19 nieces and nephews; 39 grand-nieces and nephews; several aunts and uncles; and numerous cousins, friends and associates.
Ron was a very loving man who did his best to show his kindness to anyone who crossed his path. He will be greatly missed by all.
