Teresa Villaescusa Jaramillo, 82, was called home to our Heavenly Father on Saturday, Jan. 18, 2014. Holy Rosary will be held at 9:30 a.m. today (Jan. 24) at Madre De Dios Catholic Church in Winslow, followed by Mass at 10 a.m. with Father Jeffrey King as celebrant. Interment will be at Desert View Cemetery in Winslow.
Teresa was born on July 8, 1931, in Winslow.
Survivors include six daughters, Mary Ann Chavez (David), Pauline Araujo (Salvador), Guadalupe Lee (Kenneth), Catherine Estudillo (Joseph), Rose Flores (Richard) and Ernestine Crowson (Terrv); two sons, Theodore Jaramillo and Paul Jaramillo; two sisters, Corrina Chavez (Albino) and Flora Rodriguez (Fred); one sister-in-law, Virginia Villaescusa; one brother, Joseph Villaescusa (Maria); 39 grandchildren; 70 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great-grandchildren; and extended family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank F. and Maria G. Villaescusa; her husband, Juan Ralph Jaramillo Jr.; three sons, Juan, Ernest and Robert Jaramillo; one daughter, Norine Jaramillo; and three brothers, Ted Montano, Mario Villaescusa and Frank Villaescusa.
