Photo courtesy of Winslow High School The Winslow Strength & Conditioning Program is based on sound principles that have been used to develop strong, stable, powerful and efficient athletes. Much of what is done in the weight room is designed to seamlessly integrate with the mission of Winslow High School while striving for athletic excellence. After testing, seven student athletes have entered the 1,000-Pound Club. Max effort lifts are combined and must be over 1,000 pounds to enter the club. Members include (left to right) CJ Chacon, Adrian Montoya, Michael Johnson, James Martinez, Tristan Van Arsdale, Kelly Wood, who leads the group with a combined total of 1,455 pounds, and Daniel Lopez.
