Tammy Lynn Baldwin, 47, passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2014, in Prescott. Funeral services were held June 23 at Valley Baptist Church in Winslow. Interment followed in Desert View Cemetery in Winslow.
She was born on Dec. 26, 1966, to Edward and Adell Baldwin in Winslow.
Tammy served in the U.S. Army for four years. She became a dental assistant after leaving the military, then worked as a pharmacy technician assistant for the VA Hospital in Phoenix, as a forklift operator in a warehouse and finally as a maintenance worker for an art gallery in Phoenix.
Survivors include her mother and father, Edward and Adell Baldwin of Winslow; two brothers, Jay Baldwin of Chinle and Jess Baldwin of Phoenix; her uncle, Harry Lomahoma of Winslow; her aunt, Frieda Lomahoma-Tunney (Bobby); and her cousin, Amanda Tunney of Chandler.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Jefferson and Cora Mockta, and Alfred and Minnie Lomahoma.
Greer’s Mortuary of Winslow was in charge of the arrangements.
