The Holbrook Farmers’ Market will be offering fresh vegetables, baked goods and homemade crafts from 9 a.m. until 12 noon each Saturday beginning July 12 at the empty lot in the 400 block of West Hopi Drive. The market hosts a variety of vendors from throughout the area and will now be offering space to home based businesses to participate, as well. The space is free and the number of home-based businesses allowed will be determined by space availability.
The market will also be selling raffle tickets for a basket of goodies from local businesses with all the proceeds to go toward paying for the new digital projector at the Roxy Theater.
The grand opening of the market will be held on July 19, and will feature door prizes and a performance by Las Joyas Del Desierto Folklorico Dancers.
