Photo by Linda Kor The final paperwork was signed for the donation of the former Arizona Public Service office building to the City of Holbrook last Monday. The building, which has been vacant for many years, was donated to the city at the cost of $1. Located directly across from the city offices on First Avenue, the plan is to inspect the building to determine if it could be renovated for use as a new police station or be put to use in another capacity. Taking part in the presentation were (left to right) APS Forestry and Special Programs Section Leader Brenda Hazlett, APS Manager of Organizational Change Management Denise Hutchinson, Cholla Power Plant Manager Ed Seal, APS Division Manager Bryan Gardanier, Vice Mayor Charles Haussman and Councilman Bobby Tyler.
