*HPD Food Drive

The season of giving is upon us and the Holbrook Police Department is offering a way to give to those in need. The department is holding its third annual food drive with the non-perishable food collected to go to the Catholic Charities Food Bank. The effort is once again to fill a Hummer full of food for the holidays. Wynono Dominguez (left) was on hand to start things off and was greeted by Holbrook Police Chief Mark Jackson (right). The Hummer will be at Safeway from 4 to 6 p.m. on Thursdays, Nov. 26 and Dec. 3. Drop boxes are located at Safeway, City Hall, Walt’s Hardware, the Holbrook campus of Northland Pioneer College, Wells Fargo, Bank of the West and the Holbrook Public Library.
