Snowflake claimed first place in both the boys’ and girls’ divisions of the Mogollon Early Meet held last Friday in Heber. The Lobos dominated the field with 219.5 points well, ahead of second place Show Low with 149. Payson finished third with 96. The Lady Lobos edged out Show Low by half a point to win their side. Snowflake scored 142, while the Cougars had 141.5. Ganado placed third with 99.
For Snowflake in the boys’ 100 meter dash, Mason Willis was third with a time of 11.93; Layton Hoopes, fourth; Trenton Hatch, seventh; and Nathan Penrod, 20th.
In the 200 meter dash, Tanner Willis placed first with a time of 23.39; Dallin Chapman, second; Login Whitlock, 13th; and Trever Willis, 17th.
In the 400 meter dash, Jordan Gardner placed first with a time of 52.34; Luke Craun, second; Teagan Peterson, seventh; and Zach Solomon finished 17th.
In the 800 meter run, Ban Taylor placed second with a time of 2:05; Kadyn Davis, third; Jerret Gardner, eighth; and Ryan Nichols, 10th.
In the 1600 meter run, Kadyn Davis was fourth with a time of 5:04; Tanner Austin, 11th; Austin Rogers, 24th; and Manassah Flake, 26th.
In the 3200 meter run, John Lunt was first with a time of 11:03; Bryce Palmer, sixth; Ryan Nichols, 17th; and McKay Flake, 18th.
In the 110 meter hurdles, Dylan Richards was third with a time of 16.74; Jake Hall, fifth; Zach Solomon, sixth; and Teagan Peterson, eighth.
In the 300 meter hurdles, Jordan Gardner took first with a time of 44.49, Dylan Richards was 3rd, and Teagan Peterson finished 4th.
Snowflake won the 4×400 meter relay with Dylan Richards, Dallin Chapman, Kurt Wood and Jordan Gardner posting a time of 3:34.
Bryce Palmer, Austin Rogers, Ban Taylor, and John Lunt finished first in the 4×800 meter relay with a time of 8:54.
In the shot put, Brady Petersen placed eighth with a toss of 36-01; Jacob Patton, ninth; Hunter Hargrave, 10th; and Justin Webber, 12th.
In the discus, Hunter Hargrave placed second with a throw of 126-04; Justin Webber, fourth; Tanner Beatty, seventh; and Brady Petersen, 11th.
In the high jump, Dylan Kay placed first with a jump of 6-06; Kurt Wood, second; and Keagan Bjornn and Jake Hall, tied for sixth.
In the pole vault, Calvin Step placed fifth, clearing a height of 11-00; Bryce Brubaker, sixth; PJ Shumway, 12th; and Shane Ciminski, 13th.
In the long jump, Dylan Kay placed first with a distance of 20-09; Tanner Willis, third; and Kegan Bjornn, seventh.
In the triple jump, Zach Solomon placed first with a distance of 40-07; Keagan Bjornn, second; and Dylan Kay, fourth.
In the girls’ 100 meter dash, Faith Rogers placed fourth with a time of 13.83; Elaine Zook, fifth; Jaylee Powers, seventh; and Alyssa Uchytil, ninth.
In the 200 meter dash, Faith Rogers placed second with a time of 28.70; Chloe Lyman, fourth; Skylee Scott, eighth; and Bailee Flake, 12th.
In the 400 meter run, Kaddie Kay was sixth with a time of 1:08; Elanie Zook, ninth; and Alyssa Uchytil, 10th.
In the 800 meter run, Brynn Nichols placed fifth with a time of 2:41; Halli Wood, 17th; Alyssa Evans, 18th; and Kaylee Davis, 24th.
In the 1600 meter run, Hope Bateman was 15th with a time of 6:56; Kaylee Davis, 24th; and Megan Davis, 27th.
In the 3200 meter run, Hope Bateman placed 11th with a time of 15:15.
In the 100 meter hurdles, Elle Flake placed fourth with a time of 18.88; Alexis Shumway, eighth; and Rachel Turley, ninth.
In the 300 meter hurdles, Rachel Turley placed fourth with a time of 57.47; and Alexis Shumway, 11th.
Faith Rogers, Bailee Flake, Chloe Lyman and Skylee Scott placed second in the 4×400 meter relay with a time of 4:33.
In the 4×800 meter relay, Brynn Nichols, Alyssa Evans, Halli Wood and Britney Brubaker placed fifth with a time of 11:42.
In the shot put, Erin Willis placed sixth with a toss of 27-05; Megan Webster, seventh; and Katilyn Papa, 10th.
In the discus, Erin Willis was third with a throw of 87-06; and Megan Webster, 10th.
In the high jump, Emily Ballard placed first with a jump of 4-08; Emily Shumway, second; Janessa Elkins, fourth; and Katilyn Papa, seventh.
In the pole vault, Skylee Scott placed second with a height of 9-00; Rachel Turley, fourth; Jaylee Powers, seventh; and Emily Shumway, ninth.
