Area Commencement Exercises Will Be Held On Friday Evening

    Commencement exercises honoring members of the Class of 2008 at three area high schools are sched-uled Friday evening, May 23.
    The Holbrook High School graduation ceremony will begin at 7 p.m. on Friday at Roadrunner Stadium. Colton Faust is the valedictorian of the senior class, and Brynn Foree and Alix Ruechel are the co-salutatorians.
    The promotion ceremony for Holbrook Junior High School eighth graders will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 22, at Roadrunner Stadium.
    Joseph City High School commencement will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday at the B.G. Bennett Audito-rium. Co-valedictorians are Stephanie Lavarnway, Melissa Elsen and Cassie Pugh. The salutatorian is Tawni Mosier.
    The Joseph City Junior High School promotion ceremony will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 22, at the B.G. Bennett Auditorium. Leading the eighth grade class are Co-Valedictorians Dallin Baldwin, Daniel Bushman, Annelie Hansen and Deidra Hansen, and Salutatorian Remington Baldwin.
    Snowflake High School commencement is scheduled at 8 p.m. on Friday, May 23, at Lobo Stadium.
    Valedictorian of the class is Darrell Tenney. The co-salutatorians are Laura Boone, Matthew Bonham, Carrissa Brimhall and Deanna Eilertsen.
    Students graduating with highest distinction include Chance Cherry, Heather DeWitt, Kelsey Hatch and Kristen Livingston.
    Students graduating with distinction include J.T. Austin, Thomas Beatty, Riley Ferrell, Travis Gibson, Kelsey Rivington, Lauralyn Saline, Jacey Webb and CaLynn Westcott.
    The Snowflake Junior High School promotion ceremony will be held at 5 p.m. on Friday at Lobo Stadium. The top 10 students in the class are Hunter Peterson, Michelle Boone, Joseph Peterson, Joseph Bon-ham, Kahlie Taylor, Halie Knight, Shannon Mills, McKenzie Whittle, Kandace Brimhall and Tyler Craun.
