Holbrook city worker Joe Montes directs driver Mike Young on the moving of some dirt to smooth out the alleyway behind the Roxy Theater on West Hopi Drive. The city is smoothing out all of the alleyways throughout town by filling in holes and adding dirt for a smoother ride and a nicer look.
