Body Discovered Is Believed To Be Missing St. Johns Boy

September 4th, 2009

Three suspects have been arrested in connection with the disappearance of 16-year-old Ricky Flores, a St. Johns boy who was last seen on Aug. 13 and was reported missing by his mother on Aug. 14.
According to Apache County Attorney Michael Whiting, the suspects arrested are William Inmon, 21, of Springerville, who is charged with first degree murder and other lesser crimes; Storm E. Williams, 44, also of Springerville, who is charged with first degree murder and other lesser crimes; and Jeffery Alan Johnson, 43, of St. Johns, who is charged with conspiracy to commit murder, solicitation to commit murder and other lesser crimes.
Inmon and Williams were arrested on Friday, Aug. 28, and Johnson was arrested on Sunday, Aug. 30. All three men were known associates of Flores.
According to Whiting, information received from various individuals led officials to a shallow grave in the area known as the Blue Wilderness in Greenlee County on Saturday, Aug. 29, where human remains were discovered. It appears that those remains are those of the missing Flores boy, but further testing by the Pima County Medical Examiner is being performed to confirm the identity of the remains and the cause of death.
