Little League Signups Scheduled SaturdayMay 9th, 2008
The Holbrook Little League will conduct final signups for 5 to 8 year olds and for Senior League Baseball for 15 and 16 year olds at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 10, at the Holbrook High School baseball field. Youth who have not played before will need to bring a birth certificate.
Parents or guardians of everyone signing up to play will need to provide three proofs of residency, such as a utility bill, insurance form or driver’s license. The signup fee is $15 each for 5 to 8-year-olds, and $30 for Senior League.
The league is in need of volunteers to help with the season. Umpires, announcers, scorekeepers and concession workers are especially needed.
