Youth Basketball Camps Are Scheduled In June

Early registration for Holbrook Youth Basketball League basketball camps will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 27, and Friday, May 30, at Barrow Field; and on Wednesday and Thursday, May 28 and 29, at Lizitsky Park.
    Junior Camp for youth ages 5-8 will be held Monday through Thursday, June 2-5. Girls’ camp is slated from 9 to 11:30 a.m., and boys’ camp from 12 noon to 2:30 p.m.
    Skills Camp for youth ages 8-11 will be held Monday through Thursday, June 16-19. Girls’ camp is slated from 9 to 11:30 a.m., and boys’ camp from 12 noon to 2:30 p.m.
    Skills Camp for youth ages 11-14 will be held Monday through Thursday, June 23-26. Girls’ camp is slated from 9 to 11:30 a.m., and boys’ camp from 12 noon to 2:30 p.m.
    There is a $30 registration fee per participant, which is non-refundable after the first day of camp. Open registration will also be held 30 minutes prior to the start time of the first day of each camp. Register by May 30 for a discount.
    There will be daily instruction on dribbling, shooting, passing, rebounding and defense, a free camp T-shirt, and daily contests and prizes.
