Pre-Game Party Is Slated Tonight

Holbrook and Winslow high school football fans are invited to a pre-game party at 5:30 tonight (Oct. 3) at Roadrunner Stadium on the HHS campus. The fun will include a mascot dance-off between the Roadrunner and the Winslow Bulldog, as well as cheerleader games. The concession stands will also open at 5:30 p.m.
The Holbrook-Winslow football game will follow at 7 p.m. This game may well decide the overall region champion in the North. The Roadrunners defeated Tuba City last weekend, 40-0, while the Bulldogs made easy work of Ganado, 59-0, so both teams will come into the game on a high note.
