Youth Football Records Noted

    The Holbrook Youth Football League has completed week five of their season. Records so far are: Mighty-mites (first and second graders) 3-1-1; Juniors (third and fourth graders) 2-2-1; and Minors (fifth and sixth graders) 4-1.
   This weekend they will host Snowflake. Mighty-mites play at 3 p.m., juniors at 5 p.m. and minors at 7 p.m.
   On Saturday, Oct. 24, the minors team will travel to Blue Ridge for an 8 a.m. game. The other two teams will have a break in action. There will be play-off games on Saturday, Oct. 31, however, location and game times will be announced later.
   Also, Holbrook Youth Football League is currently selling raffle tickets for $1 each or six for $5 for a boys’ Mongoose bike. Tickets can be purchased at the games on Saturday. The drawing will take place at halftime of the 7 p.m. game.
