HYBL Will Hold Last Registration

    The final registration date has been set for the Holbrook Youth Basketball League (HYBL).
   Final registration will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 17, at the Holbrook High School gym lobby. The fee is $20 per participant and the league is open to youth ages fourth through eighth grade. The league will start in January and end in March. Practice takes place one night a week for one hour and the majority of games are on Saturdays.
   The youth basketball league is also selling raffle tickets for a Razor RipRider 360 for $1 each or six for $5. The drawing for this three-wheeled bike will take place on Dec. 17 during half-time of the varsity boys basketball game.
   Current sponsors for the upcoming HYBL season are: Navajo Health Education Program, Alley’s Tire and Lube, Shumway Insurance, H.E.L.P. Coalition, Q.K. Inc., Holiday Inn Express, Nakai Indian Arts, Stuart Eye Center and Smithson Backhoe. The cost to sponsor a team is $75, which includes the business or organization name on the back of the team jersey.
