Patricia Jim Brown

Patricia Jim Brown, 49, died on Friday, Feb. 29, 2008, in Flagstaff. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 6, at the Holbrook Stake Center of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Burial will follow in the Holbrook Cemetery.
   Patricia was born May 21, 1958, in Ganado to Alice and Louie Jim. She lived in Holbrook as a child, and graduated from Window Rock High School in 1976.
   She married Justin Brown March 25, 1978, whom she later divorced. They had five children. While married, they lived in Lupton, Cameron and Picacho Peak, eventually settling in Holbrook, where she had lived for the last 17 years.
   She was the manager of Super Fuels, where she met lots of wonderful people whom she considered friends.
   She was a great mother, and will be missed by all.
   Survivors include her five children, Justina Leda Nez of Flagstaff, and Tyreta Ann Brown, Ryan Justin Brown, Tashina Ann Brown and Tara Jessica Brown, all of Holbrook; four grandchildren, Nelson, Darius and Darnel Nez, and Keira Brown; one sister, Natalie Jim; and many nieces and nephews.
   She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Sharon Jim.
   Owens Mortuary of Holbrook is in charge of the arrangements.
