Linda Spencer

Linda Spencer, 60, the daughter of longtime Holbrook residents Julia and the late Casimiro Sanchez, died peacefully on Sunday, April 27, 2008, at her home in Apache Junction after a five-year battle with cancer. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 4, at Mariposa Funeral Home in Mesa.
   Linda was born on Dec. 27, 1947, in Holbrook.
   Survivors include her mother, Julia; three sons, Patrick, Stephen and Glen; her companion, Robert Gag-non; two brothers; four sisters; and five grandchildren.
   She was preceded in death by her father; her brother, Steve; and her sister, Margaret.
