Frank Berry Jolley

Frank Berry Jolley, 76,  died on Saturday, May 17, 2008, in Holbrook. Services will be held at 1 o’clock this afternoon (May 21) at Calvary Chapel of Holbrook.
    He was born on Oct. 29, 1931, in St. Johns, and graduated from St. Johns High School.
    Frank served in the Marines from 1952-54.
    He married Dorothy Sullivan on Feb. 17, 1954.
    Frank worked as a surveyor for the Arizona Department of Transportation for 30 years, retiring in 1984.
    He loved gardening and grew the best chilis around. He enjoyed ranching, and spent lots of time at the farm in St. Johns.
    Frank was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
    Survivors include his loving wife, Dorothy; three sons, Berry (Debbie) of Holbrook, Robert of Aurora, Colo., and Steve (Lisa) of Henderson, Nev.; two sisters, Delma Shreeve of Mesa and Myrna Ashcraft of Holbrook; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
    He was preceded in death by his father, Orvil Lionel Jolley; his mother, Caroline Edith Cropas Jolley; his daughter, Connie Greer; and his brother, Orvil Jolley.
    Owens Mortuary of Holbrook is in charge of the arrangements.
