Honor Choir

Photo by Linda Kor Several Holbrook High School students earned places in the North East Regional Honor Choir, including (front row, left to right) Donovan James, Emily Peterson, Kelsey Roundy, Riley McClellan, Ryan Simpson, (middle row) James Self, Chris Gonzales, Rex Self, Sherah LaBuff, (back row) Ran-dom Skevington, Justin Smith and Chelsea Thomas. On Friday, March 13, they will travel to Mesquite High School in Gilbert, where they will audition for the All-State Honor Choir. One hundred students from each of the seven regions in the state will be competing for 200 spots in the All-State Honor Choir, which will perform on Saturday, April 25, at the University of Arizona in Tucson. Ryan Simpson and Sherah LaBuff were members of the 2008 All-State Choir, and hope to repeat this year.
